Fighting meantal health and the spiritual truth of empathy

Empath-ness and mental health find your truth and what works for you.

I never knew I was capable of being a beacon of light for others.

Did you, and do you know that you are?!

I thought I was sick, frail, and diseased; not well or worthy of this body or soul.

Have you ever struggled so much that you felt unworthy?

You may have been fighting mental illness...
Substance abuse...
Or a multitude of other things, perhaps anger issues or severe anxiety.

But it was all about the darkness that seemed to consume me from the inside out.

It was like this voice telling me that I wasn't good enough, that I would always be alone, and that no one could understand what I was going through.

Then you have the 3D versus the spiritual.

We live in the 3D and seek the spiritual.

There is a thin line between the spiritual world and reality.

When it comes to mental health, that line can be blurry.

For some people, the spiritual world can be a source of comfort during difficult times.

For others, it can be a source of confusion and chaos.

When it comes to mental illness, there is no one-size-fits-all answer.

What might work for one person may not work for another.

Some people find solace in prayer or meditation.

Others find support in talking with friends, coaches, or family members.

Still, others find relief from psychiatric medication.

It's important to remember that there is no shame in seeking help from professionals when it comes to mental health issues. The most important thing is and to do what is right for yourself no one else.

When I was younger, I thought being an empath was a gift.

I could feel the emotions of others as if they were my own.
.
.
I would often get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of emotions and would have to take time for myself to recharge.

As I got older, I began to realize that being an empath was a curse.

I could no longer differentiate between my own emotions and those of others.

I became so consumed by other people's pain that it was hard for me to function day-to-day.

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and it wasn't until then that I realized how much my empathy had been contributing to my mental health.

Empaths are susceptible to the energy around them.

Maybe you are reading this now because now is the right time for your emergence/reawakening a knowing has emerged.
